The Lanificio dell'Olivo is presently situated in a space of 16000 square meters.

Each year 18million kilometers of wool are produced, for over two thousand clients worldwide. Each season we present two collections, the risult of experimentation and research.

Lanificio dell'Olivo has developed a special know-how in the spinning of the most noble fibres such as Alpaca, Mohair, silk and the finest wools. These fibres are processed in a very advanced spinning plant, equipped with the newest system for controlling the high standards quality required.

The plant recently established in the Prato area is equipped with new digital control technology and it is specialized in the processing of filament yarns such as viscose, nylon, Tactel and elastomers. It is conceived for the production of technologically advanced yarns, ideal to create new fashion wear systems and new concepts for the knitting and the cloths.

The high and updated standard quality of the production has enabled the recognition of the worldwide leading manufacturers of fialment yarns for whom Lanificio dell'Olivo represents a privilegiate partner.
